Showcasing TERRA at EU Space Days 2025

Date & Place: 27–28 May 2025 | In-person

TERRA was featured at EU Space Days 2025, one of the main European events for space policy, industry, and innovation, gathering more than 700 participants.

The project was represented by our partner, the Meteorological and Environmental Earth Observation (MEEO), with a presentation titled:
TERRA: Intelligent Climate Services Platform – AI & Earth Observation for Climate Resilience.

The presentation focused on how TERRA contributes to the development of Earth Observation (EO) product candidates and supports the evolution of the Copernicus Security Service and the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service. It also highlighted the project’s approach to transforming EO data into actionable climate services, presenting the current status and roadmap of TERRA demonstrators.

In addition, the session contributed to broader discussions on the evolution of Copernicus services under Horizon Europe, with around 40–70 participants attending the specific session.

Participation in EU Space Days provided high-level visibility for TERRA and enabled direct interaction with key stakeholders shaping European space and climate policies. It also reinforced the project’s positioning within ongoing EU initiatives related to climate resilience and EO innovation.
